  1. Substitution of Product :

    • LK Florist reserves the right to substitute any of the material used on the product that you have chosen, with an equivalent value due to unavailability of stock or if the quality of the product is not to our standard. Nevertheless, if there is an item that you "must have", do call us to check before placing the order. Otherwise, we will substitute it without prior notice.
    • Options of flowers & materials varies due to changes in weather, changes in season, delay in transportation or other unpredictable situations.

  2. Pricing :

    • LK Florist reserves the right to amend the price shown due to the fluctuation of price, currency, supply or during valentine’s season.

  3. Delivery :

    • Delivery Address : kindly provide accurate information. Inaccurate information may result in delay or unsuccessful delivery.
    • Should re-delivery or de-tour of destination is required, a min. delivery fees will be impose based on the destination.
    • Recipient of the Delivery : kindly provide full name of the recipient (especially delivery to Medical Centers) and kindly ensure the recipient is already admitted or has not been discharged.
    • Scheduling of delivery will only take place when payment is received and full delivery address is provided to us.
    • Delivery Time is based on our delivery schedule of the day, nevertheless, we will do our best to follow the delivery time range specified by the sender.
    • Delivery Time during peak season will be based on our delivery schedule of the day.
    • Delivery Schedule :

      Delivery Orders Placed Delivery Time
      MONDAYS - FRIDAYS  before 12nn  same day within 2-5pm
       after 12nn-3pm  next day within 10am-1pm
       after 3pm  next day within 2-5pm
      SATURDAYS/ SUNDAYS Advance order of 2 working days, before 5pm.
      PUBLIC HOLIDAY Closed (Refer HERE for list of Malaysia Public Holidays)


    • NOTE : We understand the importance of delivery, therefore we seek your corporation in planning your confirmation in order for us to arrange a successful delivery for you. You will be kept posted of any unforeseen delivery situation that may arise; therefore, your contact number is important.

  4. Proof of Delivery :

    • All DOs will be signed by the recipient along with the recipient’s name.
    • If deliver to a company, we will request for a company stamp. If the company stamp is not available, we will request the recipient to indicate the name in the DO.

  5. Cancellation of Orders :

    • Refund of 100% from the total amount purchased, if given 2 days notice
    • Refund of 50% from the total amount purchased, if given 1.5 days notice
    • Refund of 25% from the total amount purchased, if given 1 day notice.
    • Nil refund if given less than 1 day notice.
    • NOTE : The above refund is only applicable for normal season products

  6. Replacement of Products :

    • Replacement of product is based on the discretion of the Management and it is applicable upon recipient’s rejection to which the Management deemed valid. Therefore, upon delivery (especially cakes), we will request the recipient to check the condition of the product before signing the Delivery Order.
    • Fruits basket : Our fruits are purchased upon Order confirmation via Jaya Grocer. We will not be able to guarantee the sweetness of the fruits but we can be certain on the quality of Jaya Grocer’s fruits. We do have a label to advise the recipient not to remain the fruits in the basket for more than 3days in order to enjoy the freshness of the fruits.

  7. Privacy and Security (Payment):

    • LK Florist will not disclose the price of the product to the recipient or anyone related to the recipient.
    • You will be able to check online your previous purchase (if you are registered as a member).
    • The credit card payment gateway is powered by MOLpay and all major credit cards can be used in this gateway.
    • LK Florist is not responsible for the declined credit card. Kindly check with your respective bank should this occur.
